Based in the west of France, the Audibert-Ladurée Genealogy Office’s core business is heir and estate research.

At the request of notaries or any person with a direct and legitimate interest in the settlement of the estate in accordance with article 36 of law no. 2006-728 of June 23, 2006, it establishes devolutions where the heirs are unknown, confirms devolutions and locates heirs. It is also competent to establish the origin of ownership, to search for a title deed and to draw up a list of undivided co-owners of a property.
